Keep Looking!

Good Morning Church Family,

The resurrection happened confirming everything which we knew to be true about God from the first testament He gave to Israel. The joy in Samaria, the power of Pentecost, and the perspective of Stephen to martyrdom are all results not from man’s ability but the majesty of God.

IF your desire is transformation in whatever area you seek it in the key will be your understanding of the character of God. It may not be an immediate transformation where the clouds open, birds sing, and your kids start getting along. However, if you commit yourself to seeing the brilliance of God, listening to His word, praying His truth, resurrection power will come.

There is power in the Word and prayer. If you have not yet, take a second to read Isaiah 40 or Colossians 1 or Philippians 2. Stare at the power of Christ. Allow verses like Isaiah 40:28 make you secure, awed, and empowered:

“Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary;
his understanding is unsearchable.” – Isaiah 40:28

Today, and every day, there is no better place to look. Stop everything, look to Christ, and live in the joy and confidence His power brings.
We love you, we’re praying for you, and we hope you have a wonderful Monday morning!
